Smart Lighting Management Software

Dhyan’s LightMan is a secure and easy-to-use comprehensive Central Management Software (CMS) that monitors and manages smart light assets and sensors which are typically used in area lighting such as warehouses, auto dealerships, campuses, and parks.

Benefits

Enjoy big savings on lighting expenses

Lighting is a major expense for any warehouse, parking lot, campus, or an auto dealership. With the help of LightMan smart lighting management software, you can...
intelligently manage your lighting by either dimming the lights or turning them off at off peak times. This approach can help you lower your electricity costs quite significantly while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people. In addition, reducing burn hours of a lamp also significantly increases the life of a lamp which again reduces expenses.

Cut down on Operations/Maintenance costs

LightMan can cut down your operations and maintenance expense by accurately pinpointing the faulty lights....
More importantly, the analytics engine that is part of LightMan can also predict with a fair amount of accuracy as to which lights are about to fail so that you can on proactively optimize the maintenance activities and enhance the productivity of your maintenance department.

Lower greenhouse emissions

One of the key approaches to lowering greenhouse emissions is to reduce the energy consumption of the lighting infrastructure. LightMan can lower...
the energy consumption by pinpointing “day burners” and turning them off as well as dimming or switching off the lights during off peak times.

Improve responsiveness and productivity of your maintenance team

When a lamp fails, it could be because of several reasons. LightMan’s troubleshooting tools can help the maintenance...
team to diagnose the fault remotely and narrow down the reasons why it failed. This enables the maintenance team to be better prepared to fix the problem when they arrive at the site thus lowering the occurrence of wasted trips for the “bucket truck” which are quite expensive.

Avoid energy wastages

Typically, different areas of your facility would have different lighting requirements (for example walkways, key spots, inner most regions etc.) – especially...
during certain parts of the day/night. With LightMan smart lighting management system, you have the ability to control the illumination of the areas to a very fine extent which helps you tailor the lighting to suit the requirements.

Improve efficiency of lighting operations

To manage a multivendor lighting network, without LightMan (smart lighting management system) that monitors, controls...
and configures the lights and other related devices, you would have to work with the application interface provided by many different gateway manufacturers and also login to each gateway to manage the group of lights that are connected to that gateway. For larger networks, this could become cumbersome and time consuming.

Central Management System for Smart Lighting

Dhyan’s LightMan is a secure and easy-to-use comprehensive Smart Lighting Central Management Software (CMS) to manage, monitor, and control smart light assets and sensors involved in auto dealerships, campuses, parks etc. Our patented technology lets you to manage multi-site smart area lighting and building lighting deployments.

It is an affordable smart lighting solution that is vendor-neutral ...
(i.e., it can manage hardware assets from many different vendors) and technology agnostic (i.e., it works with multiple communication technologies such as PLC, NB-IoT, LoRa etc.). LightMan is modular, very flexible and can be deployed either as a cloud or as an on-premise solution.

Inventory

LightMan provides easy import options for adding existing streetlight/poll sites as well as commissioning new sites. It provides a real-time view of the status and connectivity between the access points, streetlights, and other end points – all on one screen.

LightMan doesn't just give you better control over your streetlight infrastructure – it also ensures that you can quickly see all of it. Map views that display...
real time streetlight status make it easier to plan your operations. The deployments can be viewed using Google Maps, Bing Maps, OpenStreetMap, and a city map.

Map Views

Based on the deployment, both geographical map views (Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Bing Maps) and site views are supported. The assets will be depicted with relevant icons and colour coding, based on the status, alarms etc.

Dimming Management

With a click of your mouse, you can provide the right lighting in the right places. With LightMan’s intuitive and easy-to-use interface, you can graphically create dimming profiles based on times and power levels. Create dimming calendars and assign dimming programs based on days, dates, special events, seasons etc. You can assign the calendars to different regions, or a group of lights or a single light.

Multi-site Management

If you have multiple sites with different lighting requirements and different types of assets deployed, you can easily manage all of them from a single console using LightMan. You need not install one server for each site. You can also compare the energy saved at different sites.

Reports

Pre-built analytics dashboards come in handy by letting you visualize the energy consumed by a single light/pole or a group of them. LightMan collects and analyzes statistics critical to the assets’ performance and presents insightful reports.

Faults

LightMan helps in quickly detecting light outages and plan for future issues. Automatic alarm notifications are available to indicate an expired warranty, the average lifetime of luminaires, and asset’s end-of-life.

Intelligent fault monitoring is provided to report light burn outs, ballast or driver failure, communication failure. The technicians get instant notifications of any alarm and they can quickly act on them. The operators can remotely switch individual lights on or off, based on a site’s needs.
